Dickie Dulac Himself - A
hard working New Englander, you couldn't find
Dickie standing still for more than five seconds. Dickie is the
first to appear at the Dockside and the last to leave. Dickie's Seafood Market is quickly growing as it is
becoming known for its unbelievably fair market prices and the
reliable deliveries Dickie makes himself when he isn't running a
chaotic kitchen! Dickie enjoys owning a restaurant, doing business,
football, Miller Lite and friends. You can't keep up with him
during the day, but in the evenings you'll probably see him around
Tybee getting some much needed relaxation! Please say hello to the
hardest working nicest man on earth! Or give him a shout if you
need seafood! |

Judy a.k.a. "JuJu" - "Sit-down, shut-up and eat your
entree!!!!" A no nonsense Southern girl and a Tybee Celebrity, Juju
is not only the prettiest woman at Dewey's, she'll also put you in
line, and you'll probably like it almost as much as you'll like the
food! In fact she keeps everyone in line; the chefs, the waitstaff,
the Dewey Brothers and someday probably you! With a deep sense of
humor and an immaculate work ethic, the Dewey Brothers loved her so
much they had to promise her everything but their souls to steal
her from the Quarter! You'll probably hear Judy coming before you
see her! JuJu is the back bone of running the front of the house
and loves a good conversation! She enjoys White Russians (buy her a
round) and good friends, and always has time to say "you better
straighten up your act or I'll knock you into Tuesday of last
week!" |

Chef Steve is a student at Savannah College of Art
and Design and works part-time at Dewey's. He enjoys surfing and
take great pride in his culinary skills! Steve is a very hard
worker and is usually tired from studying a great many hours!
Tired! You can't really tell from looking at him! He is an
amazing artist and in his last year of graphic design. His
free-lance work is in high demand and he is also looking for a job
to put his talents to work! |

Frank is also a graphic design student at Savannah
Institue of Art and Design! He bartends and serves tables. Frank
enjoys partying and he is also an artist in his last year of school
available for free lance work or looking for a job in the graphic
design industry! Frank will undoubtedly make you laugh! |

Local Arson at Work! Brandon plays in a
heavy metal band and works full time as the Dewey's chef. He is a
true professional! Brandon enjoys Yuengling Lager, base guitar,
fine cooking and the pretty ladies! (You know what they say about a
man in the kitchen) Brandon lives on Tybee and plays weekly at
local pubs. If you see him you'd better pick his brain for recipes
because he'll probably end up rich and famous sooner or
later! |
